BIOGRAPHY

Richard was elected to his fourth term as a Member of the Legislative Assembly on March 3, 2008. In addition to his role as an MLA, he serves as deputy chair of the Select Special Ethics Commissioner Search Committee and as a member of the standing committees on Legislative Offices and on the Economy. During his third term Richard was elected Deputy Speaker and Chair of Committees (2004-2008).
